Kimberly Bakker Shares How She Successfully Manages An Event

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Kimberly Bakker has been operating her company, Kimberly Bakker Events, for the past several years. Kimberly Bakker Events coordinates events and parties across the Bay Area of California. She also offers her business as a full-service consulting firm.

Gazette Day recently published a feature on Kimberly titled “Kimberly Bakker: Momtrepreneur with a Purpose”. The article was written by Erica Smith to highlight the businesswoman and her dedication to her business.

She relates that her mother said she started planning parties at an early age. Her brother and her family’s pets would be the honoree and Kimberly Bakker enjoyed paying attention to all of the details. Kimberly Bakker learned early on how to manage several moving parts at a time which is pretty much what event planning is built upon.

Kimberly Bakker says she enjoys getting up early so she can get herself ready and make dinner for her daughter. She is soon out the door and stuffing her car with event furniture, heirlooms, and the other items needed to carry off a successful party. Read This Article to learn more.

Once she arrives at the venue she assigns tasks to her team and gets everything set up. Kimberly Bakker says that once the party is happening she likes to keep moving about so she can be sure everything is getting taken care of. Once the event is over Kimberly engages in break-down and giving the event’s honorees to-go boxes of food because they rarely get enough time to eat at these types of things.

One trend she is inputting into her company is that of people using cannabis-related products. Kimberly Bakker says that many of her clients ask for cannabis bars where guests can learn about this plant and how it can be used in medicine and other beneficial ways. She sees essential oils and gourmet edibles as things that will develop into big businesses people will use for natural pain management and other purposes.
