How George Soros is Changing the World Through His Philanthropy

George Soros was born in 1930 in Buda Pest, Hungary and he graduated from the London school of economics. During his schooling, he worked on a part-time basis as a railway porter and waiter in clubs to gather cash for his degree. George moved to the US in 1956 and began his career in investment and finance. In 1970, he began Soros Fund Management. Soros became one of the wealthiest people and used his wealth to create the open society foundation.
